How we work

Our process

A structured approach to electrical projects, scoped quotes, milestone updates, and documented handover for homeowners and businesses.

Who this works for

Homeowners, business owners, and property managers who want reliable work and clear communication throughout.

Home renovations & rewires

You're upgrading or rewiring your home and want a contractor who explains the work, sticks to the quote, and keeps you informed throughout.

New construction & additions

Building an addition or finishing a new build and need electrical rough-in, panel work, and final trim coordinated with your general contractor.

Commercial fit-outs

Opening or expanding a business location and need code-compliant electrical work planned around your operations and timeline.

Busy schedules & second properties

You can't always be on-site during the work, you want photo and video updates at milestones so you stay in the loop without chasing the crew.

Four steps from consultation to sign-off

  1. 01

    Consultation

We discuss your project scope, timeline, and location by phone, video call, or on-site visit.

  2. 02

    Scoped quote

You receive a clear, itemised quote covering materials, labour, and milestones with no vague lump sums.

  3. 03

    Execution with updates

Work proceeds on schedule while you receive photo and video updates at agreed checkpoints.

  4. 04

    Sign-off

Final walkthrough, testing confirmation, and handover, with documentation you can keep on file.

Clear scope before work starts

Every project begins with a defined scope, what's included, what's not, and what materials will be used. No open-ended arrangements.

Itemised, milestone-based quotes

Quotes break down materials, labour, and stages. You know what you're paying for before approving the next step.

Skilled on-site execution

Our team handles installation, coordination with other trades, and code-compliant work, start to finish.

Documented progress you can verify

Photo and video updates at agreed checkpoints let you see what's been done. Final testing records are provided at handover.

How we stay in touch

We match communication to your preference, phone, text, email, or on-site walkthroughs at key milestones.

  • Phone & text

Scheduling, quick questions, and day-to-day coordination

Primary channel for most clients, confirm availability when you enquire

  • Email

Formal quotes, documentation, and sign-off records

Useful for keeping a paper trail alongside project updates

  • On-site walkthrough

Initial assessment, scope reviews, and final handover

Scheduled at key milestones throughout the project

  • Video call

Remote scope reviews when an in-person visit isn't needed first

Available for initial consultations and progress check-ins

Quotes & payment

No surprises, payment stages and scope changes are always confirmed in writing before work proceeds.

Staged payments tied to milestones

Payment stages are outlined in your quote, typically aligned to milestones such as rough-in completion, panel install, and final trim. Exact structure depends on project size.

Transparent material accounting

Material costs are itemised in your quote. Receipts and documentation can be shared as part of progress reporting when applicable.

Payment methods confirmed upfront

Acceptable payment methods are confirmed before work begins. We don't start without agreed terms in writing.

No surprise scope changes

If site conditions require additional work beyond the original scope, we flag it before proceeding. Extra work is quoted and approved separately.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the initial consultation?

We discuss your project, review the site (in person or via photos/plans), and identify scope, timeline, and any code considerations. You'll know what's needed for an accurate quote before we leave.

How often will I receive progress updates?

Update frequency is agreed during consultation. Most projects include updates at key milestones, for example, after rough-in, after panel install, and at final testing. We can adjust based on your preference.

What if something unexpected comes up on site?

We flag issues as they arise, before making scope or cost changes. You'll receive photos of the problem, our recommended fix, and a revised quote if needed. We don't proceed with additional work without your approval.

Do you coordinate with my general contractor or other trades?

Yes. Electrical work often runs alongside building, plumbing, and fit-out trades. We align on sequencing so rough-in and finishing happen at the right stages.

Do I need plans, or can we start from a walkthrough?

For smaller residential scopes, a site walkthrough is often enough to quote accurately. Larger builds and commercial fit-outs benefit from plans. We'll tell you what's needed during the initial consultation.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners and businesses in our local service area and surrounding communities. Contact us with your address and we'll confirm coverage before quoting.

Are you licensed and insured?

Add confirmed licence and insurance details before launch. We do not publish credentials until verified.

What documentation do I receive at handover?

Final handover includes testing confirmation, circuit labelling where applicable, and photo documentation of completed work. Permit and inspection records depend on project type and local requirements, we'll clarify this in your quote.

Ready to start your project?

Request a scoped quote or schedule a consultation. We'll clarify scope, timeline, and next steps.
